An extension request for Form 1099-DIV for the AIM Select Real Estate Income Fund, AIM Real Estate Fund and AIM Global Real Estate Fund was submitted for February 27, 2010. Due to this extension, the original Form 1099-DIV for these three funds will be received separately from any other Form 1099-DIV you may receive.
