Account Access
Create User Name and Password
To access your account, you will need to Register. The following is required in order to register:
- Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
- Account Number and/or Date of Birth

Forgot User Name
If you have forgotten your user name, you can retrieve it by accessing Forgot User Name. The following information will be needed to retrieve your user name:
- Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
- Account Number and/or Date of Birth
- Password

Change User Name
You may change your user name. The following information is required to change your user name: - Current User Name
- Password
Note: Quicken and Microsoft Money users please remember to update your login information with your new user name to avoid an interruption in downloading your account. Visit our Download Tools section of our Service Center for instructions on how to update your login information within the software.

Disabled Password
For your protection passwords are disabled after three unsuccessful login attempts. To reset your disabled password you will need to contact a client services representative at 800.959.4246. Once we have reset your password you can create a new one by accessing Disabled Password. The following information is required to create a new password:

- Account Number and/or Date of Birth

Account Access Problems
You should be able to register and log in unless: - You have a dealer-controlled account. If you don't receive a statement from Invesco Aim then you won't have access.
- You are a shareholder without a Social Security Number. Only accounts with registered U.S. Social Security numbers or Tax Identification numbers are accessible via our web site.

Blocking Account Access
You may request to block access to your account information by contacting us or using our secure Block Account Access Form.
Please note that if your information is blocked, it cannot be accessed by anyone, including you. To reinstate access, a signature guaranteed letter signed by all account owners is required.

Browser Requirements
For online transactions and statements you must have a browser that supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 4.0. SSL 4.0 is supported by Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher and AOL 4.0 or higher.
If you do not have a compatible browser, you can download the latest versions of either Netscape or Internet Explorer. Both sites provide detailed instructions for downloading and installing their products. If you have any questions, please contact either Netscape or Microsoft.
To view statements you will need Adobe Acrobat. Download a free copy.
You will also need a 128-bit encrypted browser to access your account. Please take a minute to check your browser. If you get "The page cannot be displayed" error then you will need to download the latest version of Netscape or Internet Explorer.
